The R.A.J.E. Israel Leadership Fellowship 

Leadership Fellowship is an elite program, designed to inspire and imbue young professionals with a sense of Jewish Pride.  Upon successful completion of the Leadership program, participants are eligible for a free group trip to Israel.
RAJE  is a national organization that operates in the tri-state area inspiring young Jewish professionals. RAJE  has successfully sent thousands of young Russian professionals to Israel.

Program Goals

Develop a personal connection to the land of Israel

Inspire participants with a sense of Jewish pride

Enable participants to investigate many of the core spiritual/philosophical ideals that make the Jewish people unique.

Program Overview

A hands-on exploration of Jewish identity through an unforgettable tour of Israel

Interaction with fellow young professionals from around the tri-state area.

Meet established successful leaders and exceptional people in the Jewish world.

Program Details

Participants in the Leadership Fellowship meet for a total of 10 sessions during the semester. The sessions will feature:

Interactive programming exploring major Jewish ideas.

Inspiring presentations.

Meeting with successful Jewish leaders from across the Jewish spectrum. Speakers include: CEO’s of large companies, heads of organizations, and political lay leaders.

Two Shabbat getaways in upscale Jewish communities.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for a free trip to Israel.

Desired Effects

Fight the trend of assimilation (Current figures put Assimilation at 70% in the US.).

Developing a deeper bond with Israel and the Jewish nation through ten motivating sessions as a buildup to the Israel trip.

Building on the Birthright experience and broaden participants Jewish identity.

Produce active Jewish leaders in the Philadelphia community.
